HPC environment

The terrabyte HPC environment is a SLURM-based job processing system. Jobs can be submitted either through the login node, the SLURM REST API, or the terrabyte Compute Portal. SLURM as a workload manager is responsible for scheduling the jobs on the HPC cluster (CPU and GPU) according to the requested resources (e.g., amount of CPUs/GPUs, RAM, run time) and the user's priority group.
